a. Booking: RentEasy.al facilitates the rental of vehicles between renters and vehicle owners. We do not own any vehicles but provide a platform to connect users.

b. Responsibility: Vehicle owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, and renters are responsible for providing accurate information.

c. Payment: Renters agree to pay the rental fees as agreed upon in the rental agreement. Payment is processed through our platform.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the vehicle owner’s terms. Renters should review the vehicle owner’s cancellation policy before booking. Refunds may be subject to fees.

Renters and vehicle owners should have appropriate insurance coverage. RentEasy.al is not responsible for insurance coverage.

Users agree not to engage in any unlawful or prohibited activities while using our Service. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activities and violations of privacy.

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of user information. By using our Service, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

RentEasy.al reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice for violation of these terms or for any other reason.

a. Renters agree to inspect the vehicle upon pick-up and report any existing damages to the vehicle owner. Any new damages occurring during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter.

b. Vehicle owners agree to provide a clean and well-maintained vehicle in good working condition.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Motors and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

a. Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental period. Additional charges may apply for fuel discrepancies.

b. Mileage limits, if any, will be specified in the rental agreement. Renters are responsible for adhering to these limits, and additional charges may apply for exceeding them.

We may modify these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.
